Agricultural Managers
Job description
These individuals plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities of a farm operation. They grow and harvest crops and raise animals. They are also responsible for marketing the farm’s products. They may specialize in a particular crop or livestock operation. They usually own their own establishment.

- Run the entire operation of a farm, ranch, or orchard.

- Develop a marketing program.
- Establish and maintain production and financial records.
- Purchase agricultural machinery, animals, seeds, fodder, and various supplies.
- Maintain machinery, agricultural equipment, and buildings.
- Carry out agricultural work.
