Job description
These individuals run the worship services. They perform the rites of a religion or religious denomination. They work in:
- Places of worship (churches, synagogues, temples, etc.).

Main tasks
- Lead religious services.
- Perform the rites of a religion or religious denomination (weddings, funeral services, etc.).
- Promote spirituality by delivering sermons and facilitating discussions.
- Provide spiritual and moral guidance to the faithful.
- Monitor, plan, and direct religious education programs.
- Participate, as required, in humanitarian activities and social assistance and welfare efforts.
- Participate, if necessary, in the financial administration of a religious community.
- Provide, where appropriate, consulting services to public administrations.
