These individuals organize and lead excursions and expeditions. They are self-employed or work for private companies, resorts, or government agencies.

Main tasks
- Establish excursion or expedition itineraries.
- Ensure the transportation of people and groups to activity sites.
- Gather and inspect the necessary equipment and accessories.
- Accompany individuals or groups during activities.
- Teach people various activities (canoeing, rafting, mountain climbing, etc.).
- Inform people about safety and emergency measures, proper use of equipment and materials, and hunting and fishing regulations.
- Ensure safety during activities, ensure respect for the environment, and prevent violations.
- Provide first aid in emergencies and activate emergency plans.
- Prepare, as required, meals for the members of the group.
- Organize the camp, as required.
