These individuals supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who install, repair, and maintain electrical installations and telecommunications systems (lineworkers, electricians, etc.). They manage their own businesses.

- Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of personnel who install, repair, and maintain electrical installations and telecommunication systems.
- Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
- Order equipment and supplies.
- Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- Manage and train staff.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Draft reports.
