- Establish work methods.
- Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes.
- Ensure schedules are respected and solve operational problems.

- Solve work-related problems and recommend actions to increase productivity.
- Manage and train staff.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Draft reports
- Operate and monitor subway signal and switch control panels.
