Place of the civil union ceremony

You and your intended spouse are free to choose the place where your civil union will be solemnized.

Time and language of the marriage ceremony

Depending on the place you have chosen, there may be some time restrictions. Also, the officiant must perform the ceremony in French or English.

Witnesses to the civil union

ou must consent to form your civil union before two witnesses.
