Adoptees, as well as their families, who have concerns or questions regarding the history of their adoption, particularly from a compliance perspective, are invited to select "Other" in the "Subject" section and specify their request in the message field, or send an email to the following address: SASIE@msss.gouv.qc.ca. We will respond to your request for information within 30 business days of receipt.
