Service de relais vidéo (Canada Video Relay)

Please feel free to use the Canada Video Relay Service (VRS Canada). This free service puts you in touch with a sign language interpreter who provides real-time interpretation of telephone calls.  

To access the VRS:  

  1. Download the VRS Canada application on your iPhone or iPad, your Android device or your Mac or PC.  
  2. Follow the instructions to create your account.

Telephone Relay Service

711 is a service adapted to the needs of people with impaired hearing or speech who use a telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD), a teletypewriter (TTY) or other types of specialized equipment.

Accessibility of premises

The Ministère's multi-storey buildings have elevators. You can access entrances and exits in a wheelchair.

If you have reduced mobility and are arriving at Montréal-Trudeau Airport, the Ministère's staff can provide you with an escort.
