Procedure for downloading digital proof of COVID-19 vaccination

This page explains only the steps to follow if you have received an e-mail or text with your QR code. For more information, see Québec.ca/vaccinationpassport.

1. From your mobile phone, open the text or e-mail and click on To download your COVID-19 Immunization Record in English.
2. After clicking To download your COVID-19 Immunization Record in English, you will be redirected to the download page. Make sure you are using the Safari browser.
3. Click Download your proof of vaccination.
4. The telephone might ask you to open the document in your browser. Click Open.

A known problem prevents PDF files from being downloaded with Google Chrome on Apple devices. A red error message displays when that happens. You have to copy the link and use Safari (Apple’s browser) to access the download:

Note: The Google Chrome browser will be added soon.

The download may not be compatible with certain browser versions. Use the latest updated versions of Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome ou Safari in case of difficulty.
