Vacation lot random draw
Each fall, you may obtain a lease for a vacation lot by entering a random draw managed by the gouvernement du Québec, in collaboration with the Sépaq.
The registration period for the annual random draw is now over.
To see the lots available this fall, refer to the interactive map of lots offered by random draw .
The lots available for lease have an average area of 4,000‑m2, and most are wooded, waterfront lots that are accessible by land. Participants may only lease a single lot allocated by random draw per year.
Fees, registration and random draw process
To take part in a random draw, you must:
- Be 18 or older.
Fill out an official registration form on the Sépaq website. You may also register by calling 1 800 655-6527. Only one registration is allowed per draw code.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee of $32.19 (GST and QST included) per draw code.
The Sépaq conducts the random draw electronically a few days after the end of the registration period, under an external auditor's supervision. Each participant will receive an email indicating their rank within 48 hours of the draw. This rank determines the order of land allotment for the next step.
A letter or email of invitation will be sent to the selected participants informing them of the location and date of the allotment.
The government is following the COVID-19 situation very closely. Please be assured that it will take into account the measures in effect for the vacation lot allotment sessions scheduled in November and December, in collaboration with its delegated RCMs.
The Gouvernement du Québec reserves the right to remove any lot from the random draw up to the time of the allotment.
