Only one step needed!
There are two ways to file an application for recognition of a prospective assistant:
- with the Curateur public (online application
or paper application (PDF 1.63 Mb)); - with help from a lawyer or a notary (online or paper).
In both cases, the Curateur public will review the application and make its decision. No need to go to court!
