The 2022‑2023 fees for services provided by the Curateur public to incapable persons under public supervision are now available on the website. The fees are paid from the represented person’s patrimony and are indexed to the cost of living on April 1 of each year. Fees may be waived under certain conditions.
The fees are available on the 2022 fee list (PDF 1.26 Mb) or in the Protection of persons of full age 
and Protection of minors sections of the website.
The new fees will remain in effect until March 31, 2023.
