After the presentation of a Québec "coureur des bois" costume to Manneken-Pis last October to mark the 50th anniversary of the presence of the Québec Government Office in Brussels, the bond of friendship that binds Québec to Brussels takes the form of an invitation of honour to Plaisirs d'Hiver. More specifically, 11 Indigenous Nations of Québec are highlighted during the 2023 edition.
