Decisions concerning bans with regard to open fires or accessing the territory during a forest fire

When deemed necessary because of a potential or actual forest fire, the Minister can order measures with a view to ensuring public safety. These measures can include limiting or prohibiting access to the forest or circulation therein, and banning forest fires in a specified territory.
