The Program of financial assistance for access to vacation camps (PFAAVC) offers financial assistance to non-profit organizations that manage or organize vacation camps to reimburse them for the expenses associated with attendant services offered to individuals with disabilities.
Presentation and purpose
The purpose of the PFAAVC is to support the creation of environments conducive to the practice of physical, sports and active recreational activities for individuals with disabilities at vacation camps.
Vacation camps that offer attendant services to individuals with disabilities during the summer period are eligible. A vacation camp must be qualified as such under Volet 1 – Soutien aux activités estivales (component 1 – support for summer activities) in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter III of the Guide des normes (PDF 278 Kb) (standards guide, available in French only).
A vacation camp may receive financial assistance for expenses associated exclusively with the remuneration (including employee benefits) and training of attendant staff.

In addition, the documents listed in Appendix 1 of the Guide des normes (PDF 278 Kb) (standards guide, available in French only) must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by mail to the following address:
