My Office is a secure space that enables enterprises and their representatives to fulfill their obligations and keep information about them up to date in the enterprise register.
In My Office, you can securely and confidentially consult all available information about your enterprise such as it is recorded in the register.

The services available through My Office vary according to the legal form of your enterprise.
Legal obligations concerning articles
- File or correct articles of continuance of a legal person constituted under a statute other than a Québec statute - Registered enterprise
- File or correct articles of amalgamation
- File or correct amending articles
- File or correct articles of consolidation
Legal obligations concerning updating declarations
- File an annual updating declaration
- File a current updating declaration
- File a correction to an updating declaration
Legal obligations concerning cancellation, liquidation and dissolution
- File a cancellation declaration
- File an application to revoke the cancellation
- Declare the dissolution and liquidation or wind-up of a partnership
