Main tasks

Social Policy Researchers

  • Conduct demographic, social, and economic analyses.
  • Conduct pilot projects.
  • Develop and propose social programs and legislation.

Housing Policy Analysts

  • Assess the economic, demographic, and social development of a population and determine its impact on housing policy.

International Aid and Development Project Officers

  • Plan and administer foreign aid and international development policies and programs.

Social Survey Researchers

  • Develop questionnaires, conduct and coordinate surveys.
  • Analyze data.
  • Compile and interpret statistics on social issues.

Social Service Planners

  • Conduct research.
  • Develop social programs.
  • Promote existing social services.
  • Identify the impact of land use on transportation, housing, and facility projects.
