These individuals manage the operations of housekeeping services. They are employed in tourist accommodation establishments and hospitals.

- Controlled ambient temperature
Main tasks
- Develop and implement procedures for housekeeping services.
- Coordinate staff activities and inspection of designated areas.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety standards and facility policies.
- Select, purchase, and maintain equipment and supply inventory.
- Maintain and repair equipment and machinery as required.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff and prepare payroll and schedules.
- Maintain financial records and prepare budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments in the facility.
- Ensure client satisfaction during and after service delivery and deal with complaints, as required.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
