Main tasks
- Assess the efficiency of production sites and draft reports.
- Identify, recommend, and implement operational changes (personnel, equipment, techniques, and schedules).
- Collaborate on production forecasts and planning of raw material extraction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards.
- Hire and train staff.
- Negotiate contracts with potential customers or suppliers.
- Lead related work, such as the construction of access roads and temporary housing, as required.
