Job description

These individuals assemble electronic equipment, parts, and components. They work in manufacturing facilities.

Main tasks

  • Solder and assemble various electronic components on circuits.
  • Assemble, solder, and clean microcircuits.
  • Install, assemble, secure, align, and adjust components, wiring, and clamps.
  • Replace defective parts.
  • Repair and refurbish older devices.

  • Experience and additional training lead to senior or supervisory positions.
