Human Resources and Recruitment Officers
Job description
These individuals identify and advertise vacancies and recruit candidates. They are also responsible for the selection and assignment of staff.
Environment

Main tasks
- Identify and post job openings, collect and review applications, and interview candidates.
- Recruit graduates from various educational institutions.
- Serve on selection committees and coordinate their activities.
- Inform candidates of selection results and write job offers.
- Inform managers and employees about staffing policies and procedures and services (e.g. employee assistance).
- Ensure staff training.
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Negotiate to resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate employment termination.
