Job description

These individuals carry out administrative tasks to support managers and professionals.

Environment

  • Controlled ambient temperature

Main tasks

  • Write, edit, and proofread documents (correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports).
  • Open and distribute mail and other documents received.
  • Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and agencies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Answer the phone and emails.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems for information files.
  • Keep minutes of meetings.
  • Organize travel and make necessary reservations.
