Job description

Professionals in this group conduct research and make plans. They manage the development of forest resources.

Environment

  • Plan and conduct forest inventories and related studies.
  • Establish short- and long-term plans for the management of forest resources and lands.

  • Develop and monitor programs for nursery operations in forested areas.
  • Conduct research.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on forestry issues.
  • Draft reports and make recommendations.
