These individuals manage games according to established rules. They assist slot machine customers and accept bets. They pay people the money and prizes won and collect lost bets.

Main tasks
- Operate gaming tables and games (roulette, blackjack, poker, etc.).
- Welcome players to the table.
- Explain game rules.
- Monitor players to ensure that no cheating or rule violations occur.
- Accept bets and issue tickets for draws.
- Determine winners and announce winning numbers.
- Calculate the amount of winning bets, pay the winners, and collect money from losing bets.
- Maintain reports that reflect winning and losing bets.
- Fill the slot machines with coins and assist users.
- Make minor adjustments to the machines.
- Comply with security procedures, including card status procedures, and demonstrate empty-handedness.
- Provide information to customers and handle complaints as required.
