- Prepare bids for home construction or renovation projects.
- Develop work schedules.

- Plan and manage budgets.
- Consult with clients, architects, and engineers on plans and specifications.
- Develop and maintain a directory of commercial suppliers and subcontractors.
- Carry out work related to the construction or renovation of a home, as required.
