Job description
These individuals ensure the functionality of buildings. They are responsible for maintaining and cleaning the interior and exterior of these buildings.

Main tasks
- Clean floors, walls, ceilings, and stairs in buildings.
- Mow the lawn.

- Ensure snow and ice removal from the exterior of the building.
- Empty trash cans and other garbage containers.
- Carry out minor work and preventive maintenance.
- Fill out checklists.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
