Main tasks
- Supervise and plan the activities of workers who operate wood and paper products processing machines.
- Ensure the proper operation of systems and equipment.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of the machines.
- Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
- Order equipment and supplies.
- Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- Manage staff and ensure their training.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
- Draft reports.
