Metal Products Manufacturing Supervisors
Job description
These individuals supervise and coordinate personnel who manufacture, assemble, and inspect metal parts (aircraft, bodies, auto parts, heating and air conditioning equipment, etc.). They work in manufacturing plants in various sectors.

Main tasks
- Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of personnel who manufacture, assemble, and inspect metal parts.
- Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
- Order equipment and supplies.
- Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- Manage staff and ensure their training.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
- Draft reports.
- Adjust machinery and equipment, as required.
