Job description

These individuals supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who shape metal parts or products (sheet metal workers, welders, machinists, boilermakers, etc.). They manage their own business.

  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
  • Draft reports.
  • Adjust machinery and equipment.
  • Program tools with computerized numerical control (CNC).
