Terminate a mandate of protection, power of attorney or tutorship to a child or person of full age.

Terminate a power of attorney

In the event of the death of the mandator or mandatary, the power of attorney terminates. It is advisable to notify the notary that it is no longer valid and to note this on your copy.

Terminate tutorship to a person of full age

The tutor of a deceased person of full age must produce a final administration report.

Terminate tutorship to a child

The tutor of the deceased minor's property must produce a final administration report.

Terminate a protection mandate

The mandataries of the deceased must produce a rendering of accounts and notify the Curateur public.
