Power of attorney contract
A power of attorney is a contract by which a person designate someone else to represent him or act on his behalf.
The person executing a power of attorney (the mandatary) may do it for free or for compensation.
The person giving the power of attorney (the mandator) has obligations to the person executing it (the mandatary).
The person executing a power of attorney (the mandatary) has powers and obligations.

A power of attorney may terminate for a number of reasons.
