Tariff of court costs

There are court costs for filing certain pleadings. The tariff is indexed on January 1st of every year.

Interest on the amount of the claim

The plaintiff can charge interest on the amount of the claim, calculated at the legal rate or at the rate agreed on by the parties.

Payment of court costs

In general, judicial fees can be paid using any payment method except a personal cheque.
