Contacting the prosecutor dealing with your case

Throughout the court process, you should feel free to contact the prosecutor dealing with your case.

The prosecutor is a lawyer working for the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions (Directeur des poursuites criminelles et pénales, or DPCP).

The prosecutor can answer your questions about the court process or your case in particular, and reassure you about any concerns you have about participating in the process.
