The mission of Rémi Quirion, Chief Scientist of Quebec and rotating President of the International Network for Government Scientific Advice (INGSA) (11-29/11) brought together at the Québec Government Office in Brussels several government and associative actors and academics to explore new avenues for establishing an INGSA office in Europe and discussing the results of the INCLUSIVE project.
