The Curateur public invites people who have an interest in his new assistance measure to share their opinion on the matter by taking part in this edition of its online survey.

Available since November 2022, the assistance measure is a new service that enables people experiencing a difficulty (e.g., physical limitation, mild intellectual impairment, loss of autonomy due to aging, language barrier, etc.) to appoint and have officially recognized one or two persons of their choice to assist, advise and support them in making decisions and managing their assets. Assistants can help the person with the process, but cannot make decisions on their behalf.

Are you interested in the assistance measure? Do you think it could apply to you, or are you already using it? Would you like to become an assistant to someone close to you, or are you already a recognized assistant?

Take part in the survey and share your needs, expectations and concerns about the assistance measure.

If you have taken part in previous editions of this survey, please note that we would greatly appreciate if you would take part in this third edition, as a number of questions have changed or have been added since the measure came into force.

You have until April 2 to complete the questionnaire.
