Following last November's annoncement, as of November 23, 2024, Québec graduates must have completed their studies in French to be selected on a permanent basis under the Québec Graduates stream. They must be in one of the following situations:
- Have completed an eligible program of study in French, i.e., one in which 75% of courses or credits have been completed in French;
- Have completed three years of full-time secondary or post-secondary studies in French, in Québec or abroad.
