The Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie and Minister responsible for the Status of Women, Martine Biron, was on mission to Brussels on March 17 and 18 for the 10th European Summit of Regions and Cities in Mons.

One of the highlights of this mission was the signing of a letter of intent between Quebec and the European Committee of the Regions (CoR), represented by its president Vasco Alves Cordeiro.
