RRSP withdrawals for a person with a functional impairment

Certain tax rules governing the Home Buyers' Plan and the Lifelong Learning Plan have been relaxed with respect to amounts that are withdrawn from a registered retirement savings plan.

Exemption from paying the Québec Prescription Drug Insurance Plan Premium

If you have a functional impairment that has existed since before you were 18 years old, you may be exempted from paying the premium for the Québec prescription drug insurance plan.
