Shuttles RTL-61, RTL-461, RTL-462, exo-520 and exo-532, which serve the South Shore park-and-ride lots and the Radisson terminal in Montréal, are free until the disruptions are over.

Reserved lanes for buses, taxis and carpooling on autoroute 20 toward Montréal
Cars with 3 occupants or more may use the lane reserved for buses and taxis on autoroute 20 toward Montréal, between chemin du Fer-à-Cheval in Sainte-Julie and route 132 in Boucherville. This reserved lane does not include electric cars with less than 3 occupants to ensure that it can be used by the largest volume of people as possible.

Buses may use a reserved lane on the shoulder of autoroute 20 toward Montréal, between Belœil and chemin du Fer-à-Cheval in Sainte-Julie.
Reserved lanes on rue Sherbrooke Est in Montréal
In order to keep a good level of performance, the STM extended the operation hours of the reserved lanes on rue Sherbrooke Est between avenue Haig and rue Beaudry for westbound traffic, and between rue Parthenais and rue Arcand for eastbound traffic. The 11-kilometre-long reserved lanes, which were in operation only during peak hours, are now operational between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The reserved lane on rue Sherbrooke Est has been extended in both directions between avenue Haig and rue Honoré-Beaugrand since December 4, 2023.

Since December 12, the free health shuttle RTL-462 has had an extended route to serve the Montréal Heart Institute, the CHU Sainte-Justine Marie Enfant rehabilitation centre, the Santa Cabrini hospital, as well as the Marie-Rollet, Marie-Curie-Sklodowska and Dante nursing homes, in addition to the Maisonneuve-Rosemont hospital.

A temporary shuttle service has been implemented west of autoroute 25. The shuttle serves Des Futailles industrial park, the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine hospital and the Longue-Pointe Canadian Armed Forces military base (Montréal Garrison).
On January 16, 2023, the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) implemented line 811 — Health facilities shuttle. With departures from the Radisson terminal every 20 minutes during rush hours, it serves the Cadillac, Langelier and Assomption stations before continuing its route to the Maisonneuve-Rosemont hospital, the Montréal Heart Institute, the CHU Sainte-Justine Marie Enfant rehabilitation centre, the Santa Cabrini hospital, as well as the Marie-Curie-Sklodowska Polish nursing home, the Marie-Rollet and Dante nursing homes, the Cabrini polyclinic and the Maison-Saint-Joseph nursing home.
The 2025 river shuttle season is over. It will return in spring 2026.

New BIXI bike-sharing stations have been installed in Boucherville and Longueuil, including at the river shuttle wharf and at De Mortagne and De Montarville park-and-ride facilities.

- The ARTM (Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain) carpooling application for the Greater Montréal area has been available since May 4, 2023 on iOS and Android, as well as on covoiturage.artm.quebec for the web version. Covoiturage ARTM (ARTM Carpooling), which is free of charge, has been developed to supplement the measures implemented to mitigate the impacts of the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine major repair project.
- The application is currently in beta version, but it will be improved over time. It facilitates carpooling within ARTM’s territory and offers better compensation for routes that use one of the four links between Montréal and the South Shore: Louis-Hippolyte-La‑Fontaine tunnel, Jacques-Cartier bridge, Samuel-De Champlain bridge or Victoria bridge.
