Changes to your situation

Here are some examples of changes that you must inform us about:

  • change to the type of school attendance (full-time or part-time)
  • change to your academic information (e.g. revised marks)
  • change to your personal information such as your banking information

To advise us of one or more changes, please complete the Declaration of Change form:

Submit your declaration online

You can submit your documents and the form in Your Student Financial Assistance File.

Review of a decision

If your application for a scholarship has been rejected, you may request a review of this decision. You have 30 days after the date indicated on the rejection notice to do so.

You must write a letter and attach any documents necessary for the analysis of your request.

The letter must include the following information:

  • your last name and first name
  • your complete address
  • your permanent code (comprised of 4 letters and 8 digits)
  • the reasons for submitting your request for a review

You can submit your letter and any documents, if applicable, in Your Student Financial Assistance File.
