If your application for a scholarship has been rejected, you may request a review of this decision. You have 30 days after the date indicated on the rejection notice to do so.
You must write a letter and attach any documents necessary for the analysis of your request.
The letter must include the following information:
your last name and first name
your complete address
your permanent code (comprised of 4 letters and 8 digits)
the reasons for submitting your request for a review
