Changes to your situation

Here are some examples of changes that you must inform us about:

  • change to the type of school attendance (full-time or part-time)
  • change to your academic information (e.g. revised marks)
  • change to your personal information such as your banking information

To advise us of one or more changes, you must complete form 1801 - Declaration of Change, available in your Student Financial Assistance File or at your educational institution.

Submit your declaration online

You can submit your documents and the form in your Student Financial Assistance File.

Review of a decision

If your application for a scholarship has been rejected, you may request a review of this decision. You have 30 days after the date indicated on the rejection notice to do so.

Possible remedies in case of dissatisfaction

Unsatisfied with a service received or a decision made? You may complete the Complaints Form.
