These individuals supervise and coordinate the work done by:

  • Library clerks and assistants
  • Correspondent clerks
  • Publication and regulatory clerks
  • Survey interviewers
  • Statistics clerk

Main tasks

  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of the clerks.
  • Establish work procedures and schedules.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments or divisions.
  • Solve work-related problems.
  • Supervise services provided by clerks and agents.
  • Draft and submit reports.
  • Train staff on the tasks and company policies.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain, repair, and ensure the proper operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Perform the same duties as supervised staff as required.
