These individuals compile, maintain, and process information on staffing, training, labour relations, and performance appraisals.
Environment

Main tasks
- Process and write documentation related to the activities of the personnel department.
- Maintain and update filing and recording systems.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and public.
- Advertise or post vacancies.
- Participate in the selection and evaluation of candidates and check references.
- Administer and score vocational aptitude tests.
- Assist in the organization of internal and external training.
Advancement and mobility
- Experience leads to supervisory positions.
