Job description
Bailiffs deliver court orders and documents. They seize or repossess property and evict tenants.
Sheriffs enforce and prosecute court orders, orders, and writs. They are involved in the seizure and sale of property.

Main tasks
- Hand over various documents (declarations, subpoenas, orders, etc.) and warrants (imprisonment, arrest, etc.).
- Locate and seize property, sell it, and distribute the proceeds according to court judgments.
- Provide protective services to the courthouse, judges, and jury (when sequestered).
- Accompany inmates as they move between the court and the correctional facility.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and affidavits (statements).
- Maintain records.
- Attend hearings, accompany witnesses, and maintain order in court.
