Campground Managers
Job description
These individuals oversee the management and operation of a campsite. They plan and manage human, financial, and material resources according to budgets allocated. They supervise the activities and services offered to clients staying at the site. They ensure operations run efficiently and uphold hygiene, safety, and public health rules.

Main tasks
- Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, and handle complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build client loyalty.
- Recruit, supervise, and train personnel (responsible for reception, entertainment, maintenance, etc.).
- Manage the income, expenses, and inventory of each service.
- Build partnerships and maintain a good relationship with suppliers and service providers.
- Implement policies and procedures related to site operation.
- Negotiate contracts and financial agreements.
- Ensure the functionality and maintenance of the equipment and facilities (sanitary, pools, common areas, etc.).
- Help set prices and develop promotional strategies for the campground.
- Produce activity reports and compile statistics.
