Job description
These individuals coordinate retail staff activities. They work for:

Main tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and cashiers.
- Assign tasks and set work schedules.
- Authorize payments by cheque and returns.
- Hire and train sales staff.
- Keep an inventory and order goods.
- Resolve problems related to customer complaints and merchandise shortages.
- Prepare reports.
- Sell merchandise to customers as required.
