Job description

These individuals act as intermediaries in the sale or purchase of properties (houses, apartments, land, etc.). They mainly work for real estate agencies.

Environment

  • Controlled ambient temperature

Main tasks

  • Solicit sales mandates from potential sellers.
  • Help clients sell their property and set the asking price.
  • Advertise the property and list it in promotional catalogues.
  • Lead open houses for potential buyers.
  • Help prospective buyers select, visit, inspect, and make offers to purchase.
  • Study comparable properties in the same area.
  • Inform clients on various issues (market conditions, mortgages, legal aspects, etc.).
  • Prepare deeds of sale and submit them to buyers and sellers for approval.
  • Rent properties on behalf of their clients, as required.
  • Collaborate with other brokers.
