Job description
These individuals supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who shape metal parts or products (sheet metal workers, welders, machinists, boilermakers, etc.). They manage their own business.

- Order equipment and supplies.

- Manage and train staff.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
- Draft reports.
- Adjust machinery and equipment.
- Program tools with computerized numerical control (CNC).
