Training and Activities for Individuals with Severe Health-Related Limitations
If you are eligible for financial assistance under the Social Solidarity Program or the Basic Income Program, you can participate in this Social Assistance and Support Program.
You can take a vocational training, college-level or university program at your own pace in order to enter the labour market.

Eligibility
You must be recognized as having severe health-related limitations.
You must also meet the following requirements:
You have applied for loans and bursaries
You are prepared to take a vocational or postsecondary training program
You have received social assistance benefits for 12 months over the last 24 months
By participating in this program, you can receive financial assistance in addition to loans and bursaries.
You can continue receiving the claim slip, also referred to as the drug card.
