The scholarships are awarded in the 12 universities that offer at least one certified undergraduate teacher training program.

The value of each scholarship is $7500 for the first three years of teacher training. In their fourth year, students receive $3600, plus the $3900 under the Intern Perseverance and Success Scholarship. Thus, exemplary students can receive up to $30 000 during their teacher training.
