You have no obligations toward your de facto spouse, however long you have been together, unless you have signed a cohabitation agreement. However, you have obligations toward your children.
Your obligations toward your children concern, in particular:
the exercise of parental authority;
the obligation to provide for their support.
Your children have the same rights as children whose parents were married or in a civil union at the time of their birth. They are also recognized as the legal heirs of their parents and grandparents.
